Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I play a video?

Just click on any of the video thumbnails you find within the application. That will take you to a screen with details about that video and you'll see another thumbnail with a play icon on it. Click that to play the video.

  • Can I use TV.com on 3G, EDGE and Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can use TV.com when your iPhone is connected to any of the available networks. TV.com will give a lower quality video for 3G and EDGE networks, so for the best experience, connect to a Wi-Fi network when using TV.com.

  • How do I save a video to my favorites?

Just click the button and that video will get saved for you to watch again later. To access your favorites, just go to "More" in the bottom tabs and then click "Favorites"

  • How do I watch full episodes of shows on the TV.com app?

There are full episodes of your favorite shows ready for you on the TV.com app.

    1. Select any show that has the title "Full Episode" listed with the name.

    2. Each full episode is divided into multiple parts for convenient viewing so click on the part you want to watch.

    3. Enjoy your favorite full episodes on your iPhone!

  • What is "My Feed"?

My feed is a custom list of videos based on your favorite shows, channels and topics, which TV.com continually updates for you. By simply adding keywords to My Feed, we'll find the latest videos that match your interests.

  • How do I add keywords to My Feed?

Just press the button when you see it.

  • How do I search for a video?

Click on the search field at the top of every screen and type in whatever you're looking for. TV.com will suggest searches as you're typing. You can either choose one or type exactly what you want and TV.com will find it

  • There's a video in My Favorites that says it's no longer available. What happened?

The videos on TV.com are always changing and new videos are added all the time. Some videos expire after a certain period of time, though. If you add a video to your favorites and it expires, you'll be notified that it's no longer available. You will then be able to remove that video from your favorites list.
